XAM Giveaways is a Discord bot that allows server administrators to create and manage giveaways. Features include templates, scheduling, role requirements, role blacklists, bonus entries, and logging.

We aim to keep XAM Giveaways running reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from bot downtime.
XAM Group Ranking is a Roblox group ranking system that lets authorized users promote, demote, and set ranks from inside a Roblox experience. Features may include in-game ranking commands, permission checks, rank notifications, group configuration, and API request handling.
By configuring XAM Group Ranking for a Roblox group or experience, group owners and authorized administrators authorize us to process group IDs, user IDs, command usage, rank configuration, ranking activity, and API request data needed to provide the service. Administrators are responsible for configuring permissions correctly, deciding who can rank users, reviewing rank activity where needed, and making sure their use of the service complies with Roblox's rules and applicable laws.

XAM Group Ranking stores data necessary to operate and improve the service, including group IDs, user IDs, who uses commands, what ranks exist, who gets ranked, ranking activity, configuration data, analytics data, and data needed to process API requests. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
XAM Group Ranking depends on our systems and Roblox API availability. We do not guarantee that every command or API request will succeed, complete instantly, or remain available at all times. We are not liable for losses, delays, or incorrect rank outcomes caused by downtime, configuration errors, API failures, permission issues, or platform changes.
XAM Guard is an experimental Discord moderation bot that reviews suspicious image bursts and helps server staff respond when content appears to be NSFW, malicious, or scam-related. Depending on server configuration, XAM Guard may send alerts, delete matching images, apply timeouts, or support staff actions such as bans, kicks, false-positive marks, and acknowledgements.
By adding or configuring XAM Guard, server administrators authorize the bot to process images, attachment references, message context, server settings, and moderation events necessary to provide the service. Server administrators are responsible for configuring XAM Guard appropriately, reviewing alerts before taking additional staff action where needed, and making sure their use of the bot complies with Discord's rules and applicable laws.
When using XAM Guard, you agree not to:
XAM Guard may process and temporarily store data necessary to operate the bot, including Discord User IDs, Server IDs, Channel IDs, Message IDs, image attachments or references, detection results, moderation actions, and server configuration. Images may be stored for up to 14 days. XAM Guard may also send images and related moderation context to AI providers for classification. We do our best to keep data secure with those providers, but we do not offer zero data retention. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Where XAM Guard stores images or server data, the /data command may be used to request deletion of stored images or server data. You can also contact us at support@xam.icu for data requests.
XAM Guard is experimental. We do not guarantee that it will identify every unsafe image, avoid every false positive, or take the correct moderation action in every case. Server staff remain responsible for reviewing moderation outcomes and deciding how to manage their communities.
The name "XAM," our logos, and the overall look and feel of our products are our property. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
If you are blocked from using XAM Giveaways, XAM Group Ranking, or XAM Guard due to abuse, the block may apply across all servers, groups, experiences, or services where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
