• XAM Giveaways: Our Discord giveaway bot

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or its hosting infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or crawl the site in a way that impacts performance

3. XAM Giveaways (Discord Bot)

3.1 Description

XAM Giveaways is a Discord bot that allows server administrators to create and manage giveaways. Features include templates, scheduling, role requirements, role blacklists, bonus entries, and logging.

3.2 Acceptable Use

When using XAM Giveaways, you agree not to:

• Spam: Send excessive or repetitive commands to the bot, or use automated tools to interact with it
• Abuse: Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bot. Report issues to support@xam.icu instead
• Manipulation: Attempt to manipulate giveaway outcomes, rig results, or circumvent role requirements
• Server Disruption: Use the bot in ways that disrupt the normal operation of Discord servers
• Violate Discord's Terms: Use the bot in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service

3.3 Data

XAM Giveaways stores data necessary to operate the bot, including Discord User IDs, Server IDs, giveaway entries, role configurations, and logs. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Availability

We aim to keep XAM Giveaways running reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from bot downtime.

4. Intellectual Property

The name "XAM," our logos, and the overall look and feel of our products are our property. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

5. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any downtime, errors, or interruptions in our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any giveaway outcomes or disputes between server members

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

If you are blocked from using XAM Giveaways due to abuse, the block applies across all servers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
