2. Information We Collect

2.1 Website (xam.icu) Website

When you use our website, we may collect:

• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your username and email address through Firebase Authentication.
• Search Queries: We process your search queries to provide AI-generated answers. Queries are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored in association with your account unless necessary for functionality.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics to understand how our service is used (page views, general location data at the country level).

2.2 Discord Bot (XAM Bot) Bot

When you interact with our Discord bot, we collect:

Important: We do NOT collect or store:

• Messages you send to other users or in channels (only messages directed to the bot)
• Your Discord password or authentication tokens
• Voice data or media files
• Private or sensitive Discord account information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service: Process your queries and deliver AI-generated responses.
• Maintain Conversation Context: Store recent messages to provide coherent multi-turn conversations with the bot.
• Improve Our Service: Understand usage patterns to make our service better.
• Communicate: Send important updates about our service to your email (website users only).
• Security: Detect and prevent abuse, spam, or violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Your Rights and Controls

4.1 Website Users Website

• Access: You can request a copy of all data we have about you by emailing support@xam.icu.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@xam.icu.
• Correction: Due to Firebase limitations, usernames and emails cannot be changed. Contact support if you need to correct information.

4.2 Discord Bot Users Bot

You have full control over your bot data through simple commands:

• View Your Data: Use the /mydata command to see all data we have stored about you, including your message count, conversation history, and preferences.
• Delete Your Data: Use the /deletedata command to permanently delete all your data from our systems. This action is immediate and irreversible.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Secure Storage: All data is stored securely in our database with appropriate access controls.
• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• Access Control: Only authorized personnel have access to user data, and only when necessary for service operation or support.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

• Website Accounts: Account data is retained until you request deletion.
• Bot Conversation History: We retain up to 30 messages per server to provide conversation context. Older messages are automatically deleted.
• Bot User Data: Retained until you use the /deletedata command or request deletion via email.
• Daily Message Limits: Each user has a limit of 30 messages per day. Message counters reset at midnight UTC.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): For website authentication. Subject to Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Discord: The bot operates through Discord's platform. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
• AI Model Providers: Your queries are processed by AI models to generate responses. Queries are not stored by these providers beyond what's needed to generate a response.
• Vercel: Our website is hosted on Vercel. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@xam.icu so we can delete that information.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using our Service, you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
