At XAM ("we," "us," or "our"), privacy is at the core of everything we build. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information across our products and services. By using any XAM product, you agree to the practices described here.
This policy applies to:
XAM Tools (xam.tools) has its own separate Privacy Policy and is not covered here.
Our company website is a static site. It does not:
When you visit xam.icu, no data about you is collected, stored, or processed by us. The site is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of normal web hosting. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.
When you interact with XAM Giveaways, we collect and store the following data on our own servers:
We use the data we collect solely to operate the XAM Giveaways bot: running giveaways, determining winners, enforcing role requirements, and providing audit logs to server administrators.
All XAM Giveaways data is stored on our own infrastructure. We do not use third-party cloud providers for database hosting. Your data never leaves our servers except to communicate with Discord's API.
Giveaway data is retained while the bot is active in your server. If the bot is removed from a server, server administrators can request deletion of all associated data by contacting us. Completed giveaway records may be retained for a reasonable period for audit purposes.
XAM Group Ranking is a Roblox group ranking system that lets authorized users promote, demote, and set ranks from inside a Roblox experience. To provide ranking commands, process API requests, and understand product usage, we collect and store data related to configured groups, ranks, command usage, and rank changes.
We use XAM Group Ranking data to process ranking commands, validate permissions, make Roblox API requests, keep rank configuration in sync, provide analytics about usage and ranking activity, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
XAM Group Ranking data is retained while the service is active for a group or while needed for analytics, troubleshooting, security, and API request processing. Group owners or authorized administrators can contact us at support@xam.icu to request deletion of associated group data.
XAM Guard is an experimental Discord moderation bot that reviews suspicious image bursts to help server staff identify NSFW, malicious, or scam-related content. Because XAM Guard works with images and moderation events, it handles different data than XAM Giveaways.
We use XAM Guard data to detect suspicious image activity, classify whether the content appears NSFW, malicious, or scam-related, take configured moderation actions, send alerts to server staff, improve reliability, investigate false positives or missed detections, and provide deletion controls.
XAM Guard may temporarily store scanned images or image references for up to 14 days for moderation review, debugging, safety analysis, and false-positive handling. Images may be deleted sooner when they are no longer needed, when deletion commands are used, or when we process a valid deletion request.
XAM Guard may send images, attachment references, and related moderation context to AI providers so the content can be classified. We do our best to choose and configure AI providers with security and privacy in mind, but we do not offer zero data retention. Data sent to AI providers may be processed according to those providers' own policies and retention practices.
Where XAM Guard stores images or server data, users and server administrators may use the /data command to request deletion of stored images or server data. You can also contact us at support@xam.icu for help with data deletion requests.
XAM Chat, our former AI-powered Discord bot, has been discontinued. All user data associated with XAM Chat has been permanently deleted. No action is required on your part. You can read more about this in our blog post.
Our products interact with the following third-party services:
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may share limited data with service providers when needed to operate our products, such as sending suspicious images and related context to AI providers for XAM Guard classification or sending ranking-related API requests to Roblox for XAM Group Ranking. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@xam.icu so we can delete it.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.
You have the right to:
For XAM Guard data, you may also use the /data command to request deletion of stored images or server data. For any data requests, contact us at support@xam.icu. We typically respond within 48 hours.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
