XAM Support is an intelligent Discord bot designed to automate community support by monitoring your server channels and responding to questions it recognizes from your custom knowledge base. It works alongside XAM Chat to provide seamless, automated assistance without human intervention.
The bot silently listens to conversations in your Discord channels. When it detects a question that matches entries in your knowledge base, it automatically provides the answer. Random messages and casual conversation are ignored—the bot only responds when it can provide genuine help.
True to our privacy-first principles: XAM Support processes messages in real-time only. No messages are stored, logged, or retained in any way. Each message is analyzed once and immediately discarded.
